1 Topic: Women who experience domestic violence are afraid to speak publicly about it. They fear being humiliated and rejected from their families. How can we use technology to help women report domestic violence and rape without the fear of more suffering?

2 Summary of the Problem In Cambodia, women, who are the victim of domestic violence and rape, are fear to report publicly (Culture norm, political system etcs.) 1in 4 women of victims of domestic violence (Women’s Resource Center) 142 rape cases reported to Licadho in 2001.

4 Technology to Solve the Problem Telephone: Hotline, and IVR (mobile users: 7, 115, 246 and on desk mobile users: 108, 882 according to Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, 2010) Creating Website related to Domestic Violence and Rape consultation (victims are anonymous)
