Develop the SEETO Comprehensive Network;
Improve and harmonise regional transport policies and technical standards for the SEETO Comprehensive Network development;
Maintain an effective coordination and communication network;
Integrate the SEETO Comprehensive Network in the framework of the wider Trans European Network.

€9.2 billion of implemented investments in more than 300 infrastructure projects on the SEETO Comprehensive Network;
83% of investments went into the road sector;
10 % (€ 920 million) share of railway investments.

MAP 2013 Priority Project list comprise 44 projects
More than € 8.2 billion needed for priority projects implementation in the following 5 years:
20 road projects
11 rail projects (€2.9 billion)
7 inland waterway projects
4 seaports and 2 airport projects
