1. For all work in this unit using TI 84 Graphing Calculator the Diagnostics must be turned on. To do so, select CATALOGUE, use ALPHA key to enter the letter D, and then scroll to Diagnostics On and press ENTER Twice.

2. Technology Tips Enter x values in List L1 and y values in List L2. First clear all lists. To do so go to 2 nd Memory - 4 (clear all lists) – ENTER To enter values in lists go to STAT – EDIT (1)- ENTER Enter x and y values in Lists L1 and L2

3. To find the equation of the median – median line go to STAT – CALC – 3(Median- Median) – 2 nd 1(For L1) - Coma key(,)- 2 nd 2(For L2)- Coma key(,) - VARS- Y-vars – 1(Function)- ENTER Twice

4. Calculator Information Enter x and y values in Lists L1 and L2. (STAT – EDIT (1) – ENTER) For the lists. Then enter values in L1 and L2. To get the equation of Least Square Regression Line go to, STAT – CALC- Press 4 Or Highlight LIN Reg and enter- 2 nd 1(for L1),(coma key),2 nd 2(for L2),VARS- Y vars Highlight function and press enter twice
