14. Join your teammates and get your sports physical completed on April 25 th from 2:30pm to 4:00pm at the offices of Mezona Orthopaedics. The cost for the physical is only $25 (cash only) and proceeds go back to our schools sports medicine program. The sports physicals will be completed by our partners Dignity Health and OrthoArizona – Mezona Orthopaedics and sub specialty physicians will be on hand to provide assessments including cardiology, neurology and orthopedics. **Please Note – Space is limited – please arrive between 2:30pm and 3:00pm Join your teammates and get your sports physical completed on April 25 th from 2:30pm to 4:00pm at the offices of Mezona Orthopaedics.
