6. Batch Coding –A batch is treated as all parts received at the same time. 7. Rebuild Kit Serial Numbers –Example: MK12-12001-MJK MK12 indicates a T12 kit 12001 is a unique number assigned to each liner kit M is the cylinder kit batch J is the rod bearing batch K is the main bearing batch CPD Report Mack Surveillance Panel September, 2005

8. Rebuild Kit Serial Numbers (continued) –If a date code changes within a batch then a 1 is added.
