Unaffordable … BAFO … MBP selected. Credit market meltdown complicated negotiations. September 2008 – MHTC directed us to conclude procurement and launch program through alternative means.

4 Safe & Sound Today 802 structures. 248 identified for rehabilitation. Modified Design-Bid-Build. Small packages being let starting tomorrow. At least 100 under construction in early 2009. 554 identified for replacement. Design-Build. Third of MoDOT’s authorized D-B projects (New I-64, kcICON)
