2.  Pull your advisory folder.  Take a look at what you have done: › Career Fair Documents › Activities Record › 7 Habits Documents › Values & Interest Surveys › 10 year goal

3.  Has anything you have done in the last two school years surprised you today? If so, what surprised you and why?  How have you changed over the last two years? What do you think led to this change?  Have you discovered any new passions lately? If so, how did this realization come to you?

4.  Consider your last two years at FBHS.  Think about what you have done or what you wish you would have done.  Reflect on how you have spent your time at FBHS and think about the start of your junior year. (You will be in 11 th grade in six weeks.)  You will now write a letter to yourself.  It will go in your folder for you to read in August.  Key points on next slide…….

5.  Date  Dear (insert your name), › What have you accomplished? › What have you not accomplished yet? › What do you wish you would have done differently? › What careers/jobs have captured your interest?

6. › What do you want to say to yourself as you start a fresh/new school year as a junior?  Sign your Letter  Place it in your folder

7.  Over the next three weeks we will be doing some career exploration.  You still have two years of high school – let’s make them count!!!!!
