8 TRACE Partner’s Key Action National Confederations  Learning from trans-national restructuring (LO-S/IGMetall)   Examining the impact of restructuring on the local/regional economy and exploring innovative mechanisms for collaboration with other actors at this level (LO-D-CISL)   Designing training measures for recruitment in case of industrial change (ÖGB/TUC)  Develop knowledge and social cohesion amongst (and within) national works councils representatives involved in EWCs (CC.OO/CGTP-IN)  Developing new approaches to the provision of training and retraining and improving employability (CFDT-TUC)  Exploring possible implications of EU enlargement for economic restructuring and company relocation (SAK-EARKL) European Union European Social Fund, Article 6 Innovative Measures
