Dot Blot analysis of 75 SSH products. Each candidate was amplified from a plasmid clone using adaptor specific primers and 500ng of each amplicon arrayed on a nylon membrane. The blots were probed with (a) 200ng of labelled control mRNA and (b) 200ng of labelled treated mRNA (ECL Direct Nucleic Acid Labelling and Detection System, Amersham). Dr Kerry Barne
