8 Lead from the front Texas Nodal http://nodal.ercot.com 8 High Level Summary of Registration Activities Overview: Registration and Qualification is a series of business processes defined in Protocols Section 16 that must be completed to participate in the ERCOT market –These processes include signing agreements, completing applications, and verifying financial and systematic capabilities. In transitioning from the Zonal market to the Nodal market, some of these Registration and Qualification processes have been changed, others have not. –Registration (the paperwork) –Qualification (the testing and verification) The impact of transitional activities for YOU are dependent on how you participate in ERCOT
