2 Know Market Trends The stock market (DOW) has recently been trading between 10,000 and 11,000. Try to buy at the low end - around 10,000. Economy seems to be in a slow growth mode. Don’t buy a stock that has already run up (know the business cycle).

3 Diversification? Diversification is a great strategy for long term investors to get an average growth of around 7%. To have a robust short term gain we decided we would need a hot stock in a hot industry.

4 Growth, Competition, & New Products Net sales increased 39% in the past year. Expanded distribution to 462 J.C. Penny stores in 2004. The sole source on moissanite, a created jewel.
