1 LIOB Meeting 6/5/20081 CPUC Issues Impacting Low Income Community Climate Change Activities: Policy & Planning Division anticipates issuance in July 2008 of a proposed decision to: Provide an emission allowance allocation methodology based upon the staff analysis of several potential methodologies; and Determine the methodology for returning the proceeds from the auction of GHG emission allowances for the electricity sector that benefits electricity consumers in California in some manner: (1) investments in energy efficiency and renewable power and (2) affordable rates.

The role of the Program Manager is to support the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) Energy Division in implementing the CSI Single-Family Low-Income Program. Deadline for submission – May 28, 2008. Solar Incentives for Multi- Family Low-Income Housing Proposed decision anticipated during the third quarter of 2008.
