1 Faith and Works – How they fit 1. Faith: How we say Yes to God’s gift of salvation (Ephesians 2:8-9). 2. Good Works: How we say Thank You for God’s gift of salvation (Ephesians 2:10).

2 Grace = getting what we do not deserve (Romans 6:23) For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. 7 Evaluating our good works as believers 1. Am I doing the good works God planned for me? If not, why not? Am I just too busy – doing what benefits me? Am I just too busy – doing what benefits me?
