Use “border” feature. All images explained (either with captions or in the presentation itself). Consistent formatting of background, color scheme, font selections (hierarchy & maximum of 3). Presentation Notes (if used) all in own words.

15 Presentation Requirements Time limit: 5-7 minutes Delivery: Confident and well-rehearsed. Voice: Slow, loud, clear. You need to be heard throughout the room. Posture: Face the audience and use only purposeful movements and gestures. Presentation Notes: Optional, but used for support only. Don’t just read from the slide and/or your notes. Remember: The goal is effective communication, not just getting it done.
