The Pledge Card Most companies use the standard United Way pledge card. If your organization has requested it, the pledge cards can be preprinted with donor information. Pre-printed pledge cards require a two week turnaround. We require a spreadsheet with: Prefix First name, last name and middle initial Unique identifier In order to minimize duplicates accounts in our database and errors, the more information (address, ) the more we have to match the donor if they already exist in our database.
