2. SKILLS Organized and coordinated pattern of the mental and/or physical activity related to object, person, event or information presented. Skills audit The list of skills required for execution of certain task or work. Skills transfer Ability to perform or to manage a new function because of previous skills management in another function. This is especially important for basic skills which are unifying and transferable for the performance in the wide range of functions. Task The main part of the work or combination of such parts that lead to accomplishment of specific result.
