Welcome Welcome; it is wonderful to be able to get some of your valuable time. Safety minute: evacuation details and location of amenities. General INX user forums: The first general INX forum was held in Perth, Sydney and Christchurch in 2014. This is the second round of the INX User Forum and will also rollout to key locations across Australia and Canada. We have also held a TMX specific forum in Perth We value these sessions and see them as incredibly valuable opportunities to interact with and listen to our customers. We completed a customer satisfaction survey in Dec / Jan which touched some 200 key customer contacts and provided valuable feedback for our business. We aim to initiate a follow-up to this at the end of June. We have a full and exciting agenda to get through today

Strategic Direction We are all extremely aware of the current market conditions, especially in Perth. Understanding our strategic direction means that our customers will ‘get on board’ and will also gain confidence that we are able to expand our product and business going forward. For the past 2 years, INX has been ensuring that we focus on expanding our client base and also expanding our penetration into other sectors besides Mining and Oil & Gas. INX has been received more-and-more in these industries: Significant work in the telecommunications industry solving issues for customers who have a small employee base and a large contractor base. This has resulted in strategic developments in the mobile space, online / offline inductions and eLearning, badging and other key technologies. Significant work in the Food & Beverage industry. We are investing heavily in partnerships and in producing software which provides cost savings for our customers. TMX ensures that the process of booking and managing commercial flights with logistics is cost effectively and time effectively managed. TMX is producing efficiencies in the region of 60 to 80% over traditional approaches.

Strategic Direction … continued
INX is successfully running the Vancouver office, and supply sales and support services in Canada, the US and South America. The Canadian office and Canadian business remains a key strategic focus for the company: Peter Carlsson has taken up an offer to move to Vancouver permanently. This provides key consulting capability necessary to progress this office. Jo Anderson has moved to the USA to be closer to her family and takes up a role in the Canadian office as a key InFlight support and implementation consultant. We have invested heavily in new product technologies, and are set on course for INX v5 (more from Vaughan on this later today). We has recognised that many of our customers want to host their vendor systems in the cloud, and as such, we have updated our “INX Hosted” offering around cost, location, disaster recovery testing services, penetration testing services and ISO27001 compliance. We continue to enhance our mobile offering and respond to growing needs in this area.
8
Website INX launched our new look and feel website, and our marketing team has worked hard to provide focused content for both new opportunities as well as existing customers. We are working with some of you to provide case studies across various industries. We have focused on providing details of our partner organisations as well as providing demonstration access to modules. We have focused on providing details of public training courses and booking onto these from our website.

Create a contemporary and stylish user interface
Consistent across our complete product range including mobile applications More mature products in INX InControl, INX InFlight and INX InTuition share common technologies, More recent products and product extensions such as INX InTouch and the Injury Management tool have adopted the newer technologies New technology through Bootstrap
13
Simplify the underpinning technology of INX to improve our ability to enhance, maintain and support the product INX Software is supported by a number of technology stacks New technologies now available that allow us to process the same work load with less resources using a simpler technology stack (i.e. less layers to the stack) Our newer products, such as INX InProcess, already take advantage of some these newer technologies. An objective of INX version 5 is to remove some of the older technologies Retrofit the newer, more efficient technologies INX InTuition has been identified as our first candidate Will result in less time and effort to add functionality and resolve issues, allow for faster upgrades, less down time and improved reliability
14
Objective is to publish an open integration layer over the INX database and take advantage of the Cloud platform INX +TMX is a cloud application hosted on the Microsoft Azure Cloud (links up with INX InFlight) Allows resource intensive business logic to be moved from the INX database up into the application services layer Provides better scalability

Tips and Tricks Globalisation – All INX
Globalisation was developed to allow INX to be used in multiple languages within the same database This also allows majority of labels to be changed throughout INX to reflect your company terminology
27
Tips and Tricks Globalisation
Navigate to Administration > Globalisation – This will display all of the pages that can be globalised This can be quite daunting if you are looking for a common field i.e. Company Level
28
Tips and Tricks Globalisation
There are a number of options for finding the exact field you are looking for Option 1 Search using the Key/Text Search This may return a large number of results It may be difficult to decipher which one is the one you want
29
Tips and Tricks Globalisation Option 2
Navigate to the page where you would like to change the label Take note of the page name in the URL In this example, you would note InControl/Events.aspx
30
Tips and Tricks Globalisation Option 2 continued
Navigate to Administration > Globalisation In the Resource Class dropdown, search for the page name you noted previously (you can type the page name) You can now easily see the specific field you are looking to re-label
31
Tips and Tricks Mandatory fields
You may have noticed after upgrading recently that some places within INX now display both yellow (has always indicated a mandatory field) and orange fields.. So what does an orange field mean? Where an orange field is displayed, you can enter one or the other, it is not mandatory to enter both fields In the example, you can enter either Reported By or Name (if not in list)
32
Tips and Tricks Bulk upload of CCP’s
There are often times where you need to apply a Compliance, Competency or Procedure to a large group of people which done manually can take a considerable amount of time. Scenario: A new policy was shared at a toolbox meeting with 40 attendees, each attendee signed an attendance sheet. You now have 40 profiles that need updating with the new procedure Create a new course in InTuition Add the policy to the procedures tab
33
Tips and Tricks Bulk upload of CCP’s
From the training event screen you can add groups of people by selecting multiple names using the ctrl key Add a new training event (needs to be on or before today) Select the training event by clicking on the scheduled date
34
Tips and Tricks Bulk upload of CCP’s Update the training event by
Selecting the Update Training Event button Selecting all attendees names Change the course status to Completed Select Update Training Records Select the Submit button All selected people will now have the updated procedure

What is +TMX? Travel Management eXchange (or TMX) is the bridge between INX and Serko For our customers, the TMX closed-loop integration represents a major process improvement By automating the flight booking process, customers gain cost efficiencies and remove the administration burden that has historically gone with FIFO roster management.

Helpdesk and Support INX has been spending a significant amount of time and effort in revolutionising our approach to supporting our INX products: We have now introduced the Helpdesk concept (a collection of consultants who receive issues from our customers and work to resolve them) as opposed to Support (a collection of consultants who work to resolve bugs and develop solutions). We have increased the composition (infrastructure experts and module experts), the number and the professionalism of our team. We have introduced workflow to provide feedback to the customer, as far as possible. We have included monthly support reports and associated support meetings for our customers on platinum level maintenance. We have provisioned an after hours helpdesk phone which is manned continually by our staff to provide a better service to customers. This service will be strictly governed by the current maintenance agreements held with the customer. We have updated our afterhours message service.
