3 Appointments in MLS This is a new way agents can request showing appointments for your listings. A link is being added to the Office Information Section of the Agent Full Report that allows agents to request a showing appointment for that listing. Showing agents will still need to receive confirmation of the appointment from Centralized Showing Service or the listing agent prior to showing the property. Showing requests for listings registered with Centralized Showing Service will automatically be directed to the Centralized Showing Service online appointment scheduling system for processing and confirmation. If an appointment is requested on a listing that belongs to a broker that uses HAR's Appointment Manager, a form will be sent to the e-mail address designated by that broker. Once the appointment request has been received via email, the appointment request will need to be entered into the Appointment Manager system. 4 Weekly HAR Market Stat With 2012 just around the corner, the most recent data show buyers continued to exceed their November 2010 purchase volumes. Sellers weren't so keen, posting fewer newly-listed properties in the MLS than at this time last year. With roughly 87.5 percent of 2011 data in the books, the clever observers will start snapping sneak peeks of annual statistics and watch YTD numbers a bit closer than usual. In the Houston region, for the week ending November 20: New Listings decreased 8.8% to 1,684 Pending Sales increased 24.5% to 1,172 Closed Sales decreased 4.4% to 1,010
