Face to face meetings has been the best part of the experience. Having a positive relationship with a mentor you can trust and respect has had a positive impact. The feedback and discussion with my mentor was the most valuable part of my mentoring experience. Meeting face-to-face with my mentor on a regular basis has been really helpful to me. These meetings have allowed me to discuss, process, clarify, and reflect on school situations; the time to reflect has had the most impact.
