3 What is “Ethical Leadership”? Definition: Ethical leadership is knowing your core values and having the courage to live them in all parts of your life in service of the common good. 6 ASK YOURSELF Below are some questions to ask on your personal journey toward ethical leadership Will you be the same person at work? At home? In the community? Will you be the same person at work? Collective leadership becomes possible when the members of a group, motivated by a common purpose, begin to build relationships with each other that are genuinely respectful enough to allow them to co-construct their shared purpose and work.
