20 Fed Monitoring Visit Awaiting formal report Key corrective action: – No post-testing before 40 hours of instruction post pre-test Implications – Will reduce MN level change rates – Suspend the ABE Report Card for 2014-15 – New accountability system under WIOA education.state.mn.us20
