5. The Tower of London is the oldest palace in Europe. It was a fortress, a royal palace, the treasury for the Crown Jewels and later a prison. It is more than 900 years old. Now The Tower is one of the most popular museums. It is called – the house of ravens.

The British Museum The British museum started as a museum which collected everything – rare books and pictures, precious stones and stuffed animals, birds and butterflies, and ancient remains from all over the world.
