2 Chris Ello Chris Ello, one of the most recognizable voices in America’s Finest City, has been talking sports on the radio in San Diego since 1994. A 1985 graduate of San Diego State, Chris was a teammate of Tony Gwynn’s on the Aztecs in 1980 and 1981. “The World of Sports According to Chris & Ben” is regarded in the business as one of the most intelligent and entertaining sports talk shows on the west coast. Chris has been behind the mic for Padres baseball, San Diego State basketball, Gulls hockey, and various other sports over the last two decades as well. But it is his sports talk wit and cynicism that has created a show that will hit sports from all angles, many of which listeners haven’t even thought about. Chris Ello Monday-Friday 6am-9am
