8 Comparison of PY2011-12 & PY2010-11  Served 2,869 more participants in 2011-12  Average attendance hours increased from 108 to 112  EFL gains decreased by 466 or 4.5%  2,537 (16.5%) more participants separated before completion  978 (21.6%) more participants remained in the same EFL at exit as entry  Performance overall dropped by just over 5 percent 8
