2 Community Development Block Grant CDBG Program CDBG Program is administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) City of Murrieta applies to Riverside County Economic Development Agency (EDA) for an allocation of grant funds City Council allocates the funds to carry out a wide-range of community development activities 2 Source of Funds
