16 Summary The NTKP is the major source of Inuit Traditional Knowledge in the Slave Geological Province. The NTKP provides baseline data that augments science, and in some cases, is the only information available. Partnerships with industry and government will add value to resource development and to promoting Inuit culture. KIA will continue building the NTKP, focused on the entire Kitikmeot Region.
