Time Line August 6-16 – Entire team (10 ed specialists and coaches) will visit schools to meet principal and tour building – discuss individual needs August 23 rd – PD Day - The educational specialist and coaches will be meeting with teachers by content area/grade level to share maps and set the stage for implementation Entire school year – at least two visits per school per month. No direct feedback to staff – all feedback directed to principals – form on flash drive

We will discuss the common assessment guideline that we will follow with these maps and how the data from this process should drive instruction. We will walk through the process for continuous development and feedback on these documents. Please educate your staff on the redesign of the curriculum and instruction department!
