2. 10/7/2008 Halcik, Nair, & Thompson--Triage Space 2 Triage Nurse cannot see the WR from Triage room Pre-registration and Triage process are not synched Stretcher in the Triage room is never used Need a second room for Triage – sometimes use the family waiting room Equipment on walls was too high Did not close the blinds during 3 triages Suggested walls as opposed to curtains During rush – use alternate triage methods Need a bathroom in the larger Triage room Sinks need to be near or in Triage area Need wheelchair access Issues and Observations
