3  Use the quote or paraphrased research and cite it properly Ex. U “Some pregnant young women who fear telling their parents may resort to illegal or self-induced abortions that may result in death” (“Abortion…” 1).  The parenthetical citation will be the first word of the full MLA citation for the article and the page number that quote came from. Pay attention to punctuation! USE
