3.  Palestine is an area that has been fought over for millions of years. We eventually took over. 1945 World War 2 ended. Because of the holocaust the United Nations decided that the Jewish people needed a homeland. The UN decided to take some of Palestine and name it Israel. It made us mad. Then Israelis and us started fighting again.  We hate Israel's.  The current leader is Mahmoud Abbas

4.  We really do not have rights.  The Israelis can just go in there search our houses any time without a warranty.  Obstacles  The hammas does not want us to become a country they want us gone.  The Israelis do not want them there.  Many in Europe and in the United States view the Israeli settlements in the West Bank as the single greatest obstacle to peace.
