10 Exercise: When we connect two sentences with and …or…but USE A COMMA (,) between the ideas. Kasim was afarid of flying, but his fear wasn’t a big problem. When the subject of both sentences is the same, use a pronoun as the subject in the second sentence. Kasim was very nervous when he got on the plane, but kasim knew he had to go.
