11. 11 God’s Justice And Man’s Dilemma  No person is upright and all are worthy of death (Rom. 3:9,10,23; 6:23)  The blood of animals cannot take away sin (Heb. 10:4)  The only one who could make atonement was God, Who gave His Son Jesus – (John 3:16; 1 John 4:9.10)  It was necessary that He die – (Luke 24:46; Heb. 9:23)

16. 16 “We Implore You on Christ’s Behalf, be Reconciled To God”  Not automatic benefactors of the sacrifice of Christ –  How then is a person reconciled to God through the sacrifice of Christ?

17. 17  Not by being a “GOOD” person – (Rom. 3:23; Eph. 2:8,9)  Not by merely being “RELIGIOUS” – (Matthew 15:7- 9; Rom. 10:1-3; Acts 4:12; 8:26-39)  Not by sincerity alone – (Acts 23:1; 24:16; Acts 10; 17:30)
