Capital Budget Items Information Technology – outdated IT systems have restricted the Department’s ability to respond to stakeholders and internal decision makers Equipment – in many cases employees’ effectiveness is negatively impacted as they are working with outdated equipment that requires a great deal of down time and maintenance expenditures Facilities – after years of postponing needed repairs, there are a number of needs that should be addressed before the working conditions become unsafe.
