4 KEY ELEMENTS Efforts must be made to hold a visit within 72 hours of placement.Efforts must be made to hold a visit within 72 hours of placement. 6 KEY ELEMENTS Any changes in the visit plan must be staffed between the CA Worker and Supervisor.
