3 Online Escrow Service An online trust service for auction markets provided by a trusted third party to two trading parties to secure: payment transactions property/ownership transfers

4 How OES Works Auction Site OES 1. Buyer and seller sign a contract electronically for the exchange of a property 2. Buyer and seller agree to use OES Buyer Seller 3. Buyer pays to OES4. OES informs seller the payment 5. Seller ships the property to buyer. 6. Buyer notifies OES the receipt of the property. 7. OES pays Seller.
