Irregular prisms.
This is an irregular prism.
It is an irregular prism because it was formed from an irregular shape.
Regular prisms.
this is a regular prism. It is a cube. It is a regular prism because it is formed from a regular shape.

3. Pyramids.
Pyramids have triangular side faces that meet at an apex/corner.
Square base pyramids have 5 faces, 8 edges and 5 vertices.

4. Prisms. A cylinder is not a prism because it’s sides are curved.
Prisms are regular 2D shapes just lifted up of the paper to make a 3D shape or a prism.
