5. 5 Exceptions to CERIF 2000  Avoid extensive secondary info (e.g. Org unit, financial details)  Some tables not adopted in case links to supplementary I.S. may exist.  Enumlists instead of look-up tables for short definite lists  CHAR (2) instead of VARCHAR in case of primary keys.  Very long detailed lists not implemented (UNIMARC Manual - Bibliographic Format) and replaced by shorter lists.  ORTELIUS, very (too?) general, not translated in other languages.
