Ethan and Brennen Pitching

Why and how the curveball breaks  The curveball is a type of pitch in baseball thrown with a characteristic grip and hand movement that imparts forward spin to the ball, causing it to dive in a downward path as it approaches the plate. Its close relatives are the slider and the slurve

The grip and how the curveball is thrown  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzlaoCqZ6uk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzlaoCqZ6uk

2 Seem fast ball  A two-seam fastball is a pitch in baseball and a variant of the straight fastball. The pitch has the speed of a fastball, but the general movement of a screwball. It is a close relative to the sinker.

How to grip and throw the 2 seem fast ball  You grip the ball on the 2 seems in-between the 2 horseshoes and release a bit before your arm is straight.

Knuckle ball  A knuckleball or knuckler is a baseball pitch thrown so as to minimize the spin of the ball in flight, causing an erratic, unpredictable motion. The air flow over a seam of the ball causes the ball to transition from laminar to turbulent flow. This transition adds a deflecting force on the side of the baseball. This makes the pitch difficult for batters to hit

How to grip and throw a knuckle ball  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QFVfsbSV4mw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QFVfsbSV4mw

Why the Knuckle ball does what it does  The ideal knuckleball rotates about a quarter of a revolution on its way to the plate. Without the stabilizing gyroscopic effect of spinning, the ball becomes aerodynamically unstable, and the raised seams create an uneven flow of air over the surface of the ball, pushing it one way or another.

Me throwing Some of the pitches I throw  I throw knuckle ball curveball 2 seem and 4 seem fastball
