2 NEWS10ABC and WXXA Fox 23 are ready for the return of “THE LION KING” To PROCTORS in March, 2016! WTEN ABC and WXXA Fox 23 have planned multiple promotions opportunities for the return of “THE LION KING” to Proctors. The combined strength of our two stations gives us a unique opportunity to promote “THE LION KING” to the largest possible audience in the Capital District, particularly the primary target audience of women 25-54. Promotions are planned to coincide with the first day tickets are available for sale and continuing until opening day of the show. Promotions are also designed across multiple platforms, including on-air, NEWS10.com, NEWS10 apps and social media.

3 “COMING SOON” MARQUEE SPOT NEWS10 ABC will create an animated “marquee” spot to promote THE LION KING. This 5-second promo spot will air between 7-8pm on both WTEN and WXXA. WTEN airs “Wheel of Fortune” and “Jeopardy,” and WXXA airs “Big Bang Theory.” This time period affords both mass audience and mass appeal. The marquee spots can begin airing in December and continue through March, 2016. The marquee spots will add an additional reach of 77% and frequency of 4.0 of Women 25-54. ON-AIR PROMOTION

4 ONLINE PROMOTION: “THE LION KING” TICKETS GO ON SALE! NEWS10 ABC will create a “home page takeover” to promote the first day that “THE LION KING” tickets will be available. Artwork sanctioned by Disney will be used to create the homepage takeover. The home page takeover can link directly to the Proctors “THE LION KING” ticket sale page. NEWS10.com and FOX23.com produce over 3.7 million impressions each month!

5 ONLINE PROMOTION: OPENING NIGHT PACKAGE NEWS10 will offer our viewers the chance to win an “Opening Night” package, including two tickets to see “THE LION KING” on Tuesday, March 22nd and a $100 dinner gift certificate to a local restaurant. Information and contest entry submissions will appear on the “Contest” page of NEWS10.com from February 29 th through March 13th. A tile ad will be produced that will click through to the ticket sale page of Proctors.org.

6 NEWS10 ABC will create a mobile app Prestitial Ad for “THE LION KING” to appear the week of November 23 rd. Prestitial ads appear in dramatic fashion – adding to the excitement of the show! NEWS10 prestitial ads serve every three hours upon each users opening of the NEWS10 mobile app and can click through to THE LION KING ticket sale page of Proctors.org. Prestitial ads deliver 35,000 – 40,000 impressions on average per week. These numbers increase during significant weather events. 7 ADDITIONAL PROMOTION OPPORTUNITIES (Specific dates to be determined) 1. SEE “THE LION KING” IN NYC. NEWS10 ABC will partner with AMTRAK to provide round trip transportation and tickets to see ‘THE LION KING” in New York City. 2. SATURDAY MORNING BILLBOARDS NEWS10ABC will produce billboards for “THE LION KING” to air Saturday Mornings during local news just prior to the start of children's programming.
