Santander – SME Internship Scheme 24/11/2015Slide 3 The Programme  The Santander Universities SME Internship Programme is an entrepreneurial internship programme that provides final year students and recent graduates paid work experience within local businesses.  Santander is contributing towards the cost of the internship.  The Programme enables participating local businesses to recruit final year students and graduates (within the last two years) from the university to undertake valuable work experience  All internships can be 3 / 6 months in duration and the intern should receive at least £1,000 per month.  We ask that the company be of 250 employees or less and have less than £50 million annual turnover.
