2 Diarrhea If you have too many bowel movements or they are runny,,
you could have diarrhea. Your body is trying to clean germs out.

3 First aid for Diarrhea Wash your hands. Eat clean, safe food.
Drink water and juice. Bananas and coconut water are good too. It’s important to see a doctor soon in case you need medicine.

4 Pink Eye If your eye gets red and puffy, hurts, and has stuff that makes it sticky and hard to open, it could be pink eye.

5 First aid for Pink eye An adult can help you get a clean cloth or cotton, soak it in warm water and put it on your closed eye. Do this again and again. You should see the doctor to get medicine for the eye.

6 Hurting ears Your ears can hurt when you have a fever or runny nose.
The doctor might call it an ear infection.

7 First aid for hurting ears
Ear infections can hurt your hearing. The doctor can give you medicine to kill those germs. NEVER put anything in your ears unless the doctor tells you to.

8 Coughing and Sneezing If you have to cough or sneeze, turn your head away from people, Put your elbow, not your hand, up to your mouth, then cough or sneeze. This will help to not spread germs.

9 First aid for Cold or flu
What should you do if you catch a cold? Drink soup or other hot drinks. Rest and sleep. These things help your body to fight germs better.

11 Conclusion It is important to practice what we learned.
