7. Friendship A. In 1 Cor. 9:19–23, Paul presents his strategy for leading people to Christ. When he was with the Jews, he lived as a Jew. What Paul is really saying here? He lives like the Jews or the Gentiles in an effort to show Christ. He does not mean that we should compromise Christ’s standards.

8. Friendship Find common ground, builds trust and friendship, and then leads them to the Savior.

9. Build trust B. What powerful point is Paul making in Galatians 4:16? When we find it necessary to confront people, We should first establish a relationship with them. We should be a person whom they love and respect.
