3 FAST Reports The reports contained within FAST provide valuable information and are an important tool for managing appointments. 3

4 FAST 4 Mailer Rating Reports The reports listed below are accessible in FAST by both customers and facilities.  Appointment Rating Analysis Report - Displays the breakdown of appointments for a given scheduler and date range  Corporate Rating Report - Displays the breakdown of the scheduler rating score by facility  Closeout Data Report - Displays closeout information and appointment status for entered appointment IDs  Recurring Appointment Performance Report - Displays summary and detail level performance information for recurring appointments  Appointment Status Report - Displays appointments for a designated facility or scheduler by the specific appointment status type and time period  Slot Availability Report - Displays the current available slots for a specified facility

5 FAST 5 Appointment Rating Analysis Report The Appointment Rating Analysis Report displays the breakdown of appointments for a given scheduler and date range. The user is asked to select a date range, facility, and scheduler in order to see appointment rating data.

7 FAST 7 Corporate Rating Report The Corporate Rating Report displays the breakdown of the corporate rating score. The report is generated based on the Effective Date Range, Report View (by all facilities or by a facility), and Corporate ID.  If the user chooses to view “By All Facilities”, a Corporate Rating Report by All Facilities View will be displayed. The report will list all of the facilities where the corporation was rated.  Once the report is created, the user can click on one of the hyperlinked facilities to drill to the Corporate Rating Summary Report by Facility View page.  The Corporate Rating Summary Report by Facility View shows three tables: –Rating Summary, –Exception Rating Summary, and –Exempt Rating Summary.  If the user chooses to view “By Facility” a Corporate Rating Summary Report by Facility View page will be displayed listing the facility that was selected.

9 Exception Rating Summary - Displays the count of appointments that were >8 hrs. late, no-shows, unscheduled, rejected, appointment type discrepancy, mail class exception, multi- appointment exception, and the cancellation data. Exemption Rating Summary - Displays the total count of appointments that were exempt from rating. These include appointments cancelled within 2 hours of creation, 100% perishable, 100% Periodicals, and/or appointments that are exempt due to Holiday/Contingency at the specified facility. 9

10  Submission Method - The average points awarded for submission method for all rated appointments by facility.  On-Time Accuracy - The average points awarded for on-time accuracy for all rated appointments by facility.  Content Accuracy - The average points awarded for content accuracy for all rated appointments by facility.  Pre-Notification & Irregularity Deductions - The average points deducted for pre-notification and irregularities for all rated appointments by facility. 10

11 FAST 11 Closeout Data Report The Closeout Data Report displays the closeout information for all the appointments associated with an appointment ID, a facility, a publication, or the scheduler information that the user provides.  The Closeout Data Report can be viewed both pre-login and post- login. The post-login report is the same as the pre-login report with the addition of the scheduler ID and publication search fields. –The Scheduler View displays all the appointments made by a scheduler over a certain date range. –The Publication View displays all the appointments containing a specific Publication over a certain date range. Recent Enhancement: –The “Scheduler” and “Publication” views have been updated to pull back data as far as 90 days in the past.

15 FAST 15 Recurring Appointment Performance Report The Recurring Appointment Performance Report displays information related to all of the recurring appointments at a specified facility, for a selected scheduler ID and specific date range or for a 90 day window. –The Recurring Appointment Performance Detail Report page displays the appointment and rating information for all FAST appointments created from the selected recurring sequence.

16  Total Appointments - The total count of appointments associated to the sequence in the selected date range.  No Show Count – The total count of no- show appointments associated to the sequence in the selected date range.  Cancel <= 12 hrs – The total count of appointments cancelled within or equal to 12 hours associated to the sequence in the selected date range.  Cancel > 12 hrs – The total count of appointments cancelled outside of 12 hours associated to the sequence in the selected date range.  Late Arrival Count – The total count of late arrival appointments associated to the sequence in the selected date range.  Average Rating – The average rating for the appointments associated to the recurring sequence ID. 123456 223456 123459 123458 123457 223457 Scheduler A 16

Applies to rated appointment only.  On-Time Pts - The points the appointment received for its on-time accuracy. Applies to rated appointment only.  Content Pts - The points the appointment received for its content accuracy. Applies to rated appointment only.  Time Penalty Deductions - The points deducted from an appointment during the rating process. Applies to rated appointment only.  Rating Points - The total points the appointment received when rated. 18 FAST 18 Appointment Status Report The Appointment Status Report displays appointments for a designated area, district, or facility by the specific appointment status type and time period.

20 FAST 20 Slot Availability Report The Slot Availability Report displays all of the available slots (regardless of mailer rating tier) that are currently available at a given facility. Depending on tier placement users may have access to all, some, or none up to 24 hours prior to the appointment date/time for a specified facility. The report can be leveraged to determine the number of slots that could potentially be available. Note: If the facility is not active for rating the data will look the same.

24 FAST 24 Mailer Checklist  Ensure all drop shipments have an appointment in FAST  Ensure the appointment number is on all PS Forms 8125  If a shipment arrives without an appointment number, a Scheduler ID must be provided. Drivers will be asked to contact the Dispatcher or Scheduler in order to furnish this information  If you are an LTL carrier, or if you use an LTL carrier, you must work together to ensure you meet the requirement of one appointment per truck per stop. Shipments arriving at postal facilities with multiple appointments reduce the opportunity for other schedulers to book appointments. All multiple appointments will be rated zero for the entire appointment  Monitor your Recurring Appointment Performance Report regularly  Review all PS Forms 8125 returned from your drivers  Schedule accurate content for appointments and update as needed  Cancel appointments with more than 12 hours notice  Arrive on time for all appointments  Monitor your Closeout Data Report and follow-up on discrepancies; contact facility as soon as possible Mailer Reminders

25 FAST 25 Example - Mailer Rating Timeline  Corporate Rating is calculated on August 16th and tiers will be designated based on appointment data from July 7th to August 3 rd.  On August 18th FAST allocates appointment slots according to tier availability for appointments scheduled for September 1 st onward.  Appointment availability for September 1 st onward will be based on tier.
