Tree Seeds Acorns are the seeds of oak trees. These are the seeds of a cypress tree. A pine cone holds the seeds for a pine tree.

Seed Dispersal Disperse means to spread out. Seeds must be dispersed!!!! Seeds grow best if they are AWAY from their parent plant. Parent plants block sunlight and soak up water and nutrients that the seedling needs. Seeds disperse from the parents by wind, water, or animals.
