11 11 Industry Reform:  We shall see NBC and Broadcasting Bill shortly.  The reform is about to begin.  The reform is “ blessing in disguised ” for BEC as the industry will be more transparent and orderly.  Long awaited new investment opportunities in domestic market will be opened for BEC.
