21 Membership Process: Sponsor completes Membership Proposal Form and gives to club’s Membership Chairperson. Sponsor completes Membership Proposal Form and gives to club’s Membership Chairperson. Proposed member attends the Rotary Club of Cedar Creek New Member Social with their sponsored member, Membership Chairperson, and club President. Proposed member attends the Rotary Club of Cedar Creek New Member Social with their sponsored member, Membership Chairperson, and club President. If approved, there is an announcement to the club and if no objections are received within 7 days, the proposed member is elected into membership of the club. Board reviews application.
