Let’s Talk Numbers Our goal/ expectation is that students will score proficient on CAHSEE—that means you meet the FEDERAL requirements Proficient score is 380 (perfect score is 450) on both math and English On English test, that’s a 77 % (only 14 questions above passing or 61%) On math test, that’s a 73% (only 15 questions above passing or 54%)
