8 – There are already numerous stellar programs that concentrate on changing individual faculty members’ pedagogy ( e.g. SENCER, SABER, PKAL, ACUBE, ABLE, HHMI Summer Institutes ) – PULSE holds promise for effecting change of critical masses of faculty in every department
