Peer Group Training (PGT) is peer to peer training amongst wheelchair users in mobility, health and independent living skills  Who are the trainers? It involves experienced, healthy and active wheelchair users passing on their skills and knowledge to others  Who is it for? People with spinal cord injuries and other mobility disabilities  What is the impact of PGT? PGT improves survival rates and quality of life
