HOW DO WE DO THAT? 3) Influencing key stakeholders and legislative solutions, public education, publicizing – 1994 – 2001 we managed to push trough the Law of Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic – 2011 we became co-founders of Alliance Against Debts together with the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic and the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic – the management of RUBIKON Centrum is an active member of consultative organs of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic – the Council for Probation and Mediation, Council for the Prison Service, the Platform of Non-profit Organizations – RUBIKON Centrum is also a member of Committee against Torture at the Council of Government for Human Rights and of the Committee for Prevention and Criminality in the Central Bohemia Region – on the level of EU we are also a member of the European Juvenile Justice Observatory

HOW DO WE DO THAT? – 2012 we founded a unique non-commercial Recruitment Agency specialized on the the candidates with criminal record, cooperating with open-minded mainstream employers – June, 2015 we founded a social business - Rubikon Centrum Service so we are able to create more job positions for people with criminal record, we also provide programs in order to support their integration
